Both teams were irate before the Ingram shove. Ingram just had enough of it at that point. Also, a video pointed out it would be difficult to spit on someone with a mouth guard on. Unless he can pull it off without anybody knowing, it was probably an accident. On top of all that, no one that was looking right at them (Eric Gordon and Melo) even thought Rondo really tried to start the fight when he "spit". It was when CP3 thought he did and retaliated was when the other two took action.
