They are young, athletic, have a great bench, run actual plays, share the ball, look hungry, and are playing to their potential. Had they won last night (which they should've but the team just didn't play good), they'd be in first place or tied for first with Portland. OKC was subpar at best last year. A their best last year, they were a 5th seed that could barely beat the suns. At their best this year (at least from what we've seen) they are blowing teams out and looking dominant in the process. Thunder record last year in the first 8 games westbrook played was 4-4, Thunder record this year in the first 8 games (that westbrook played) is 5-3 hence why I said that they only have 1 more win as compared to last year. I was only accounting games westbrook has played in so far because personally i think it's clear to see the thunder and pg13 play better when west doesn't play alot of mins or doesn't play at all.
